Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rhythm Acoustic Devices. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for Canadian customers.

1. Processing Time

Rhythm Acoustic Devices processes orders within 1–3 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed on the checkout page. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). 

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the USA. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Signature will be required at time of delivery. 

We ship to Canada's 10 provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.

Please note that we do not ship to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.

5. Taxes

Taxes for your Canadian order will be included in displayed price. No additional charges will apply.

6. Damages

Rhythm Acoustic Devices is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
