At Rhythm Acoustic Devices, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for a Refund:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products (if accessed or downloaded)

  • Clearance items

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact us via our website contact form with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is deemed defective or incorrect on our part.
