WARRANTY COVERAGE

All products by Rhythm Acoustic Devices are warranted to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty and all rights provided are transferable, but you must have the original proof of purchase and the speakers cannot have any of the characteristics that can void the warranty.

Responsibility is limited to replacement or repair as set forth in this warranty statement.

Warranty coverage is available only to Canadian customers.

Should a product require warranty service during this 5 year period, Rhythm Acoustic Devices will repair or replace without charge, any part or product proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by an authorized Rhythm Acoustic Devices technician or service facility. The use of unauthorized repair services renders this warranty null and void, and any charges relating to unauthorized repair are the responsibility of the product owner. All expenses (except return shipping costs) related to replacing or repairing a defective part or product under this warranty will be assumed by Rhythm Acoustic Devices.

EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTY

1. Rhythm Acoustic Devices warranty does not cover product failure or damage resulting from neglect, misuse, accidents, abuse, alterations, natural disasters, standard environmental deterioration, or improper use and/or installation.

2. Rhythm Acoustic Devices warranty does not cover cosmetic damage due to misuse or neglect. This includes scratches, cracks, paint damage, or other superficial marks related to improper use.

3. Any failure arising from attempted servicing by an unauthorized repair facility or technician are excluded from this warranty.

DAMAGES LIMITATIONS

In no event shall Rhythm Acoustic Devices be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty including excessive shipping expenses, installation charges, property loss or other incidental loss.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE

To obtain services under Rhythm Acoustic Devices warranty, the buyer must contact Rhythm Acoustic Devices’.

NOTE

The buyer must carefully pack the warranted product along with a copy of the original purchase receipt, the return authorization number (RA#), and a description of the issue.
